I wasn't aware that the hd install was built into KNOPPIX. The advantage of using the website is to get a printout that can be previewed before starting the install. The printout can be used in conjunction with /usr/local/bin/knx-hdinstall.
Whichever way it is installed, KNOPPIX is a marvelous way to put Debian to work.
