With email there are two worlds. One is the world defined by existing email

because the second world keeps changing what language they want to speak.
Do not forget the third, Gmail. It tries to do the same that Microsoft
produts do, but in a different way. It, however, allows one to work in
a first world way, but this is not the default, and requires the user
to know its way around Gmail's "features".
