Are you trying to see the rules or set some up?
You can see what's currently in effect by running
invoke-rc.d arno-iptables-firewall status
To make changes, basic things can be configured using debconf.
dpkg-reconfigure arno-iptables-firewall
If you need to change anything that isn't handled there, edit `/etc/
arno-iptables-firewall/firewall.conf`.
