Yup, that did it! Booted with the regular 2.6.26-2-amd64 kernel, did m-a a-i -l 2.6.26-2-xen-amd64 atl2-source, and then rebooted with the amd64 kernel - and the network worked! Thanks a lot! - Jeroen
