apt-get tells me that to dist-upgrade to the new linux-image-2.6.26-2 (lenny5.0.1) an additional of more then 70MB disk space will be used. Why is that? Doesn't the previous linux image be replaced by the new one, maintaining approximately the same disk space? Or can I get rid of the old one after a computer restart(and the remove of the old one is not done automatically)?
