I'd like to install glibc-doc-reference.
I see:

Package glibc-doc-reference is not available, but is referred to by another
package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package glibc-doc-reference has no installation candidate
calamity:/etc/apt#
But it is there on the site. On ftp.netspace.net.au I can cd to
non-free/g/glibc-doc-reference and do an ordinary download of files
that are there.
Why won't apt-get install it?
