Hi folks,

Something odd, and I'm not sure if it's a bug I should report or not.

I was trying to update my kernel on Lenny, when I saw that the kernel image is listed as being 2.6.18-6-powerpc (using a MacG4.) At install, I remembered installing 2.6.26; in fact, I don't know how 2.6.18 could be on my machine. Sure enough, only 2.6.26 seems to be installed....

machine:~# dpkg --list |grep linux-image
ii linux-image-2.6-powerpc 2.6.26+17 Linux 2.6 image on uniprocessor 32-bit Power ii linux-image-2.6.26-1-powerpc 2.6.26-13 Linux 2.6.26 image on uniprocessor 32-bit Po

machine:~# uname -a
Linux machine 2.6.18-6-powerpc #1 Thu Oct 16 21:52:47 UTC 2008 ppc GNU/Linux

Any thoughts?

Stephan
