You are using diff wrong then. First, install the "kompare" package. Then, do something like "diff -druN dir1 di2 | kompare -" to inspect the differences. "diff -druN dir1 dir2 > my.patch" to save the changes to a file. "( cd dir1 && patch -p1 ) < my.patch" to apply the changes. -- Boyd Stephen Smith Jr. ,= ,-_-. =.
