That should be fixable. Install either flashplayer-mozilla or flashplugin- nonfree. They will likely put a symlink in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/. If your browser doesn't see it, make sure by putting a symlink to the plugin in $HOME/.$BROWSER/plugins/.
