Deb 4.0r5 Problem

I tried installing debian using netinstall of amd64 4.0r5 on my new 
machine but after the installation hanged after the syslog daemon 
started. Now when I used the amd64 4.0r0 the installation went just 
fine. Is the 4.0r5 of amd64 stable?
