The images can be found here: http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-builds/i386/jigdo-bd/. As mentioned in Steve's announcement, only jigdos are available, but these are preferred over ISO images anyway, see http://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/.
