I'm running Debian unstable on my home machine. I just verified that it doesn't work here either. Maybe Ubuntu has a patched version of gnome-volume-manager, which seems to be causing the problem. If there are several users logged in, everybody has a gnome-volume-manager process running and all of these processes try to talk to HAL whenever a device is inserted. -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/USB-mount-with-multiple-users-broken-%28hal-and-consolekit%29-tp20684696p20688840.html Sent from the Debian User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
