Hi,
I want to change the time for my system, ( the time displayed doesn't
correspond to my country which is gmt+1)
I use date -s, but I have to do it at each reboot,
how to do it permanently

Set the time in the BIOS to GMT, edit /etc/default/rcS (UTC=yes) and run
"dpkg-reconfigure tzdata" to specify your timezone.

To keep always the correct time, you can run ntpd.

or chrony
