what model is the tv card and is it usb, pci or isa? I assume you can hear sound when watching, so I assume it is connected to the sound card internally or externally with a cable, can you confirm or describe how you've connected. May be we have to capture the sound from the sb16? I don't see any driver that would do the sound on the bt848a card.
