It should be noted, however, that this is not recommended for people
running unstable rather than testing, since packages tend to be
unavailable for some time there and "aptitude full-upgrade" can remove
important packages in favor of upgrading others.

That being said, "aptitude safe-upgrade" is usually enough, and I'm
using that command daily in sid.
