Well, it's not 'sed' (I prefer the PCRE), but this perl script ought to
get you off the ground.

#!/usr/bin/perl

use strict;

while (<>) {
  chomp;
  if (my ($url) = /<a href="([^"]*?)">www<\/a>/) {
    print "<a href=\"$url\">$url</a>\n";
  }
}
