I wouldn't worry about it... Alan Connor is just flame-bait to make his Proggy work better. I don't have any problems with C-R systems... They just make it to my dust-bin... Personally I get ~4000 E-mails a week. Since I use best practices... nothing bothers me. BTW, I archive everything (cept administrative notices from my machines) and most of my archive is Good stuff. not Spam. But C-R systems goto /dev/null as soon as I see them. Yes, I am one of those that prefer to manually sort my mail after my rules have sorted it.
