Hi folks,
I'm trying to compile 2.6.25 using
fakeroot make-kpkg clean
fakeroot make-kpkg modules-clean
The second command terminates with an error as follows:
echo "The UTS Release version in include/linux/version.h"; echo "
\"\" "; echo "does not match current version:"; echo " \"2.6.25\" ";
echo "Please correct this."; exit 2
The UTS Release version in include/linux/version.h
""
does not match current version:
"2.6.25"
Please correct this.
make: *** [modules-clean] Error 2
Any pointers here would be helpful. What needs correcting?
