$ apt-file show cupsys | grep backend cupsys: usr/lib/cups/backend-available/dnssd cupsys: usr/lib/cups/backend-available/http cupsys: usr/lib/cups/backend-available/ipp cupsys: usr/lib/cups/backend-available/lpd [...] So the package seems to contain them.
