According to the installation manual, they want a report on _all_
installations. If you follow the directions and it doesn't work, they
consider it a bug. Either:
the documentation was unclear
your hardware is unsupported at this time
you made an error somewhere
there really is a bug in the software
they consider them all to be bugs. The meta-package is
debian-installer, but see the form in the installation manual so that
the automated recipient can forward it correctly.
