http://luks.endorphin.org/ Install cryptsetup and read /usr/share/doc/cryptsetup/CryptoRoot.HowTo. Slightly OT, but do you *really* need /boot, /usr, /bin, etc, to be encrypted? ISTM that only /home, /tmp & swap files/partitions (and /var?) need be partitioned.
