When you upgraded to Etch you made the transition from XFree86 to Xorg. The relevant configuration file is now /etc/X11/xorg.conf. If you are still on XFree86 then your upgrade is incomplete. > Jack Dodds > > Section "InputDevice" > Identifier "First Keyboard" > Driver "keyboard" > Option "Device" "/dev/input/event0" > # Option "CoreKeyboard" > Option "XkbRules" "xfree86" > Option "XkbModel" "pc104" > Option "XkbLayout" "us" > EndSection > > Section "InputDevice" > Identifier "Second Keyboard" > Driver "keyboard" > Option "Protocol" "usbev" > Option "Device" "/dev/input/event1" > # Option "CoreKeyboard" > Option "XkbRules" "xfree86" > Option "XkbModel" "pc104" > Option "XkbLayout" "us" > EndSection AFAIK, it should be Driver "kbd" and Option "XkbRules" "xorg" now; check your xorg.conf file for this. -- Regards, | http://users.icfo.es/Florian.Kulzer Florian | -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
