I"ve stayed out of this discussion, and it doesn't really seem to be going anywhere, but... I think the OT has gone *way* down in hte past little while, and I know it fluctuates, but still its down. And I notice that everyone has been much better about prefacing OT with OT. I don't think one could ask for much more and I'm pretty happy with the current state of the list. A
