Is CupsServer the hostname of your Linux Box? I assume not. Edit
/etc/cups/client.conf and note :
ServerName Hostname.domain
or
ServerName IPCupsserver

I set ServerName to 10.0.0.150, now lpstat tells me that the server is
running and accepting jobs. But I still can't print from any of my
programs even though the printer shows up in my printer list.
