I am not sure which package removal caused this.
I was doing sth cleaning the packages that is not what I want, like
Openoffice, which will remove some kind of gnome tools as I saw during the
removal.

There is nothing output for this command, I guess the package has been
uninstalled.
I am to install the packages that has been marked as deinstall, to see what
will happen
