The server seems to be working OK. Looks like a DNS server that is setup 
incorrectly. If you want the site to be served as www.chandlerfamily.org.uk 
then thats what must be set up in your DNS server.  It appears that you 
actually have  www.chandlerfamily.org.uk/blog/app set up as the main web 
site.
