Thanks, this might be worth a look. It appears to be called xserver-xorg-video-i810 and includes i810_drv.so. The Etch version I'm running only claims to support up to the 945 chip, and I have 946. There are other relevant modules too, though, such intel-agp.ko, which is in the kernel source.
