I am testing a nagios service that determine Postgres process that have gone beyond a predetermine time limit in cpu time. I need to get a Postgres process to use cpu time in a loop and when it has gone beyond the predetermined time the nagios service should report that. once I have determine if the system is working as expected I will kill the loop.
