With every problem related to APT, you should always post your sources.list 
also.

Seems like you added a repository from winehq.org. The seem to provide Wine as
one package where Debian splits it into several ones. You already have the
Debian Wine packages installed, so the fat one from winehq.org wants to
overwrite files contained in one of these.

Possible solutions now:

1) Remove everything related to Wine first and then install Wine from winehq.org
2) Stay with the Debian packages
