Logitech Quickcam Communicate STX: After a recent upgrade to Debian Testing, support for this camera has been downgraded, with the result that VLC can now only display the stream at a much lower resolution.
Formerly the resolution was an acceptable 640x480, now it is only 320x240. Suspecting the spca5xx driver, I downgraded it to the level in Debian Stable, but this is evidently not the issue. The camera ID (lsusb) is: 046d:08ad Logitech, Inc. Does anybody have an Idea how to get back the lost resolution? Is this a Debian issue or upstream?
