hi, i have two usb removable mass storage devices (camera and vorbis player) that are both setup in /etc/fstab to use /dev/sda1 as the device. what should i do if i want both to be plugged in and mounted at the same time?
obviously if i only want to use one at a time, then i can leave the devices alone, /dev/sda1 will always work for that situation. how have others worked around this? i have tried mounting the second one (after the other is mounted to /dev/sda1) to /dev/sdb1 but that came up with errors. i have poked around /proc/scsi/ but dont know what to look for. dmesg also seemed to be a waste of time. thanks for the help. -matt zagrabelny -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
