What happens when you install linux-image-2.6.20-1-686 and
linux-headers-2.6.20-1-686?
I haven't tried it. It's also beside the point -- the metapackages
should work. At the very least, a bug report over two weeks old
reporting a grave issue should have gotten further than the BTS
auto-ACK.
