Hi all, has anyone succeeded at running latest proftpd-ldap on woody ?
Everytime I make it lookup the ldap server it silently segfaults. There's no problem if I disable ldap lookups, so it can authenticate the regular users (in /etc/passwd), but if I enable ldap it segfaults. It seems the problem dates from the latest security update to proftpd in woody, but I can't confirm this as I didn't use that package before. Has anyone been able to circumvent that crash and make it work? If not, any idea ? I have rebuild the package with the latest mod_ldap, I tried to strace it, but I can't see anything wrong before the crash,... but to no avail.
