Hi everyone, I am new to Debian and linux. The computer that I have been using is installed with KDE. Now I need to change the graphics card for it failed to display color properly.
With the new graphics card plugged in, I tried "dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86" and went though all the steps. However, the configuration was not changed (config files under the directory X11 remained unchanged). I cound not launch the KDE desktop manager. Could anyone tell me what I should do?
