Greetings Karan:

Nothing is wrong.  System uptime is measured in seconds since the box
was started.  Processor idle time is measured per processor, so on a
quad CPU box if the box is idle for 100 seconds, there are 400 seconds
of idle processor time.  Everything sounds normal.
