The sundance driver is included with the 2.2.20 kernel. It is an option on the default install for woody with the 2.2 kernel, and it is shown in the 2.2.20 kernel images here: http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=sundance.o&searchmode=searchfilesanddirs&case=insensitive&version=stable&arch=i386 However, there's no source in the corresponding kernel source package.
