I've put it on machines at work: I use it here on four machines. For you - it may be different and, as always, your mileage may vary. For specialist applications e.g. embedded processors/specialist appliances, there may yet be something missing / a "we would have liked to have had this in Etch to support our forthcoming product Foo" - we can't cover all possible corner cases where someone needed a feature included which, for one reason or another, we haven't been able to include in this release. We can't test absolutely everything all the time - but we strive to be bug-free.
