Mostly it is just a tool to generate the image map itself, saving you the trouble of measuring the pixel coordinates yourself. It wraps this map into a very rudimentary HTML document but that seems to be broken. > After marking out an object in an image and specifying the url, I save > up the map as a .html file. But when I open the file up with a > browser, the object is not mouse-sensistive. Here is the relevant part of the HTML output: You have to change the first line of this snippet to and the map will be activated. (My installed version of the kimagemapeditor package is 4:3.5.6-1.) P.S. Please try to turn off HTML when you send messages to this list. -- Regards, Florian -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
