Churchill and Eisenhower only fought on one front at a time? Weren't we
fighting all over the Pacific, in Italy, and in France at the same time?

Abraham Lincoln also had no military experience, and see Eliot Cohen's
'Supreme Command' [0]. [I have not had a chance to read it, but I
believe that it was well received.]
