When i try to connect to remote services like ftp or ssh using command-line client, i am prompted to enter user name after connection is established. I type the right login name and post it to server. That time communication hangs and login will fail on timeout. When I use an GUI ftp-client (conqueror), it works OK!! I have made listing using tcpdump, server repeats responses as I never send user name, and client repeats sending user name like server never responds. I send the tcpdump listing in the attachment. Can anybody help? Ivan
