Hi,
since im using Debian, the installer is not able to find the sata-controller
used in DELL PowerEdge 850 and 860 Servers. i started with 31r0a and currently
tried it with 31r5, each was 32bit for i386. Now im trying the 31r5 for ia64
(server is capable of that).
If i do lsmod on the pre-installed system, which is installed by my hoster, it
only shows three modules, the main-module is mptsas which needs two other
modules.
Is there a fix for the installer or a planned solution in the next release?
