Well, at least in this case the computer is correct. The east coast of Australia is UTC+10:00 for eastern standard time and UTC+11:00 for DST. The computer is correct - when it it 16:50, 6 Mar 2007 UTC, Australian EDST is 3:50 7 Mar 2007.
