I have a similar problem with a Radeon Mobility 7500 card and the xorg
"ati" driver.
Thanks for the link, but I don't think that's the same problem... the
problem is on a desktop computer, I don't see any "events" in the
acpid log, and I use the nvidia driver.
Does anybody know what's keeping my monitor from going on standby
after xorg uptime is >2 days?
