All the commercials for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines talk about joining up and they will teach you the high tech skills you need to succeed in today's job market. The national guard and reserves are especially agressive in this respect. I hear their ads on the radio and see them on television all the time.
Granted, aircraft mechinic is a slightly more marketable skill than infantryman. The point is, that pretty much every job in the military you can join up to do is entry-level. > The other thing is morale.
