Seems like I might be missing a LaTeX package to generate pdfs from my
XML/Docbook sources .. fonts possibly.

I have found quite a few similar occurrences on google but not a hint
of the beginning of a solution.
If I break down the generation into two steps,
.. the "xmlto fo cheat.xml" does not have any problem
but then the
.. "xmltex cheat.fo" runs into the same problem.
If I hit <enter> a few times xmltex produces a c. 400 pages pdf with
empty pages .. "opt opt" on each page is about all there is in it.
The test document is my personal vim cheat sheet and consists mostly of
large docbook tables but I have tried the same on a basic document of
the "Hello World" type and the results are the same.
So if anyone with a debian sarge system could advise I would appreciate.
I am currently building a debian etch system on another set of
partitions so if this is a bug that's fixed with the programs that come
with the newer release I could easily switch.
