I have ./usr/share/apps/zeroconf but that is a filecatalog with 8
files ending with ._tcp
How should I purge it ?

That looks like zeroconf is messing with your network configuration. You
might have accidentally installed it due to a "recommends" dependency of
some other network-related package. If that is the case then it should
be enough to purge zeroconf to get your normal connectivity back.
