Yeah, this is a bug. The warning is harmless, but to get rid of it, try
changing to this:
<IfModule mod_mime_magic.c>
MIMEMagicFile /usr/share/misc/magic.mime
</IfModule>
That file is part of the 'file' package, so install that if you don't
already have it.
