I can see where some would call it rude. Others would say, "direct and unvarnished". There was no cursing, no name calling. The last sentence was a little snide, and prudence suggests it shouldn't have been written, but I won't call it mean. But then, I don't think that *any* MSFT products should be allowed on the internet, and that people should be licensed to use the internet.
