Less than a month overdue and we're in freeze. That seems
pretty good to me. Who knows where we'd be if we didn't have
Andi and Steve working as hard as they are. I'm not
convinced we'd be better off at all.

That's exactly what is happening, and I don't have a problem
with it.

I'd fully support him if he did stop working on it.
Unfortunately he didn't, he started using it as a way of
pushing his own agenda, and did even more damage to Debian's
public image in the process.
