Hello,
I am having trouble reading an SD card from a card reader (USB). The
card works okay in the digital camera (Canon A520) and I can read and
delete images from the card is the camera is directly connected to the
computer via a USB cable (use digikam for the operations).
However, if I insert the SD card into a USB card reader, I get these in
/var/log/syslog:

Looks like something is wrong the formatting of the card perhaps? I
tried formatting the card from within the camera, but get the same errors.
Before I go ahead and format this card using sfdisk, I just wanted to
know if there is anything wrong with current Debian Etch and/or its
kernel (2.6.17-2-486) ... or if I am missing something regarding udev or
hal. The same card used to work perfectly till about a few weeks ago.
